What types of Deals are offered at JAX Virtual Mall? There are basically three types of deals we offer: free shipping, sales, and exclusive discounts. Exclusive Discounts are discounts only offered at or through Jax Virtual Mall. Sales are special prices on a specific item or group of items. Can deals be combined? That depends. Usually, a sales item can on be bought through a particular vendor here at JAX Virtual Mall. Most stores are not affiliated with each other. See the store detail page for more information on a particular store's policies. What are the restrictions on the sales displaying in JAX Virtual Mall? That varies from store to store. Some sales are only for new customers. Some sales only apply to specific product categories. Most discounts can only be used once per customer. Unless stated otherwise, most sales listed here are for either new or returning customers, can be applied to any product, and cannot be combined with other offers. How do I get the sales item displayed? Most of the sales times are automatically applied when you click through the ad link. Others must be entered in the shopping cart or during checkout. The field where you enter the code varies from store to store. Some call it a "Discount Code", a "Promotion Code", or other similar names. See the store detail page for more information on where to enter coupon codes for a specific store. What should I do if a displaying sale item is not longer on sale? There may be a number of reasons why an item is not on sale anymore. Because merchants can, and do, change their sales and promotions frequently, make sure you see the discount in your shopping basket before you make your order final. If the shopping basket does not show a discount, it can mean that either: • The discount code has not been properly entered. Enter the code once more. • The restrictions for the discount code have not been met. Check the fine print to make sure your purchase meets the requirements (if any) to use the coupon code. • The sale has been withdrawn by the merchant or is no longer valid. Some merchants do not indicate how long their sales are valid for, so if the discount is not displaying in your account, it is safe to assume that the sale is no longer valid. • The merchant’s online store is not functionality properly. Most come directly from the merchants. The Classifieds come from visitors to JAX Virtual Mall. All are believed to be accurate and legitimate for you to use. We are not however, held responsible for Discounts and Sales that are not valid or do not work as stated. Why do some deals expire early? Unlike printed coupons, most online stores reserve the right to change offers at any time. Many deals are based on both a time frame and a certain promotion budget. If the bargain is more popular than expected, the marketing budget for the bargain runs out earlier than anticipated and the coupon gets pulled early. What should I do if I have a question regarding my online purchase? Call the merchant directly and try to get the problem resolved.
